Marathon Project - Construction Location
The construction location is less than 5 minutes from the beach of Schinias, less than 10 minutes from the city of Marathon and the sea-side city of Nea Makri. The location is next to the 2004 Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Centre.

The total construction area is partitioned into individual plots. The surface of each plot is 220 square meters. On each plot an independent two-story house/villa with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and one WC will be constructed with a surface up to 130 square meters, with a private garden, surrounding walls, barbecue and exquisite view.
