Marathon Project - Overview
This development project is in Attica close to the renowned city of Marathon. The project is in a beautiful location close to the very popular beach of Schinias, one of the most beautiful bathing spots of Greece, next to the 2004 Olympic Rowing and Canoeing Centre. The project is in a unique location since it very close to a marvelous beach and at the same time it is within close proximity of the city of Athens.
GETTING THERE
The project is located 45 km northeast of the centre of Athens and 20 km from the Athens International Airport. A newly constructed highway connects the city of Marathon with Athens. This is the same route of the classical marathon race in the 2004 Olympics.
The project is a short 30 minute drive from the airport and less than an hour from the centre of Athens. Apart from reaching the location by car there is a scheduled bus service from the city of Athens to Marathon. Alternatively, the project location can be reached via taxi from the airport and the city of Athens.
