Pelion Argalasti Project - Construction Location
The construction location is in the traditional village of Argalasti in the southern part of Pelion that has a spectactular view to the Aegean and the island of Skiathos (as shown in the picture above). The project is located 40km from the city of Volos. The closest beaches are 5 km from the project location.

Project Location (close up)The total construction area is partitioned into individual plots. The surface of each plot is 350 square meters. On each plot a one storey two berdoom house or a two-story house/villa will constructed with a surface from 70 to 120 square meters following the traditional architecture.
