Pelion Siki Project - Construction Location
The construction location is close to the traditional mountain village village of Siki in the southern part of Pelion that has a spectactular view to the Aegean and the island of Skiathos (as shown in the picture above). The project is located 38km from the city of Volos and 5 km from the town of Argalasti. The closest beaches are 4km from the project location.

Project Location (close up)The total construction area is partitioned into individual plots. The surface of each plot is 350 square meters. On each plot a one storey two berdoom house or a two-story house/villa will constructed with a surface from 70 to 120 square meters following the traditional architecture.
