At myth-homes we value and respect our customers' individual needs. Therefore in this project we offer our customers the following options to match their preferences:

1. House Plan
   In this option customers can buy a house/villa and the plot by choosing among the myth-homes design templates and available material that match their preferences. The necessary completion time for the house after the customer selections are made varies from 12 to 15 months.
2. Customised House Plan
   In this option customers enjoy maximum flexibility and involvement in the construction phase. They can buy a house/villa and the plot by customising their house thus determining their optimal floor plan, selecting the construction material, adding extra features making all the necessary arrangements for building their perfect house. The necessary completion time for the house after the customer selections are made varies from 12 to 15 months.

The following are indicative prices for the different customer options:

House Plan

In a plot with approximate surface 350 square meters, the following options are available:

120 sq. meters	Two-storey three bedroom villa, two bathrooms (1 en-suite), 1 WC, storage room, fireplace, large balconies, private garden, surrounding walls, barbecue	€ 270.000

Customised House Plan
We cannot give indicative prices for the Customised House Plan, since the price depends on the customer preferences and is finalised after the customer selections are made.
