Depending on our clients' selection, at myth-homes we adopt the following procedure.
Plot Plan
In this option clients can buy a plot in the project locations in exceptional prices. For more information please refer to Our Services.
One of our agents schedules a meeting with our clients (at the Athens Airport or another location) to view the project location and discuss all the necessary details. For the next step of the buying procedure buyers should appoint a lawyer to act on their behalf so as to perform a legal search of the property's title and ownership. To save our clients time and effort at myth-homes we recommend a lawyer to our clients that will act as their representative and perform all the necessary legal procedures and schedule an appointment.
For clients wishing to find their own lawyer, there are many English speaking lawyers willing to undertake this task, however our clients need to bare in mind that different lawyers make different charges. We are happy to supply our clients (or their appointed lawyers) with all the necessary information prior to the purchase.
Finally we will prepare all the necessary documents and undertake all the required procedures so that the transfer contract and deeds can be signed. For more information on the purchase procedure please refer to the Buyers Guide Page.
House Plan & Customised House Plan
In this option clients can buy a house/villa by choosing among the myth-homes design templates that matches their preferences. For more information please refer to the Our Services Page.
One of our agents schedules a meeting with our clients (at the Athens Airport or another location) to view the project location and discuss all the necessary details. The next step is a visit to the myth-homes office where clients are presented with the available design templates and discuss with a myth-homes architect to arrange all the necessary details pertaining to the house construction. After the client preferences have been determined a Private Agreement is signed.

The Private Agreement states the construction timetable, plans and layouts, material and other user preferences, price and payment method. We have adopted the following payment method. Clients pay a deposit equal to the 20% of the total house price. With this payment the deed for the plot of land is automatically transferred to our clients. The remaining amount may be paid at scheduled time periods. The final payment is made on the completion of the house. We are responsible for preparing all the necessary legal documents and settling all procedures.
Throughout the construction phase we encourage our clients to schedule visits to review the construction progress and discuss all the necessary options/decisions. However, we realise that clients may not be available for travel, therefore we send monthly construction progress reports to our clients. We are also planning to provide a client section in our website that will allow our clients to login and view the construction progress.
